Lumpia—mini Filipino-Style eggrolls that have various delicious fillings! Most contain a variety of cheeses and cream-cheese based. Flavors include: traditional beef, buffalo chicken, spinach artichoke, crab and bacon stuffed shrimp.

The chef is the current Grand Champion of the first annual LumpiaFest 2017 held in San Diego, where the crab and bacon stuffed shrimp took first place in every category (taste, judge’s choice, people’s choice, and presentation). Also the First Prize winner of People’s Choice at Syracuse’s Kickoff4Kids Cookoff Restaurant Competiton 2017.
