We are devoted to crafting complex, delicious hard ciders by blending fresh-pressed New York State apples with natural herbs, spices, and ingenuity. We strive for innovation ad creativity in crafting our ciders. We produce and package everything ourselves at our cider in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains.
Among our flavors are: Hibiscus Ginger Cider, Lavender Hops Cider, Dry Apple + Oak Cider, and a number of limited seasonal offerings.
We began as a small apiary producing honey. As home brewers and a former brewery employee, our interest in mead blossomed. Today our meadery is licensed as a NYS Farm Winery and uses local honey and sources fruit and other ingredients from local producers. We take pride in our connection to our local farming community!
We offer mead in several varieties, including: Beekeeper’s Friend (a traditional semi-sweet mead made with honey, yeast, and water); Hoppy Beekeeper (a traditional mead with local hops); Pomona (a cyser, which is a mead made with local apple cider instead of water); Glimmerglass (a melomel, which is a fruit mead made with local blueberries); Knothead (a traditional mead made with locally sourced honey from the Japanese knotweed plant); Bee Mine (a traditional mead flavored with cacao nibs and vanilla beans); Jitterbug (a traditional mead flavored with locally roasted coffee beans).
We also offer our wildflower honey and handcrafted soaps made from honey, beeswax, and mead, and more.
We are a small family-owned winery and grow and produce everything we make on our farm. We have 25 acres in grapes and use minimal preservatives and sulfites; we do use some fruit from other local farms for three of our wines. We make unique and different ones from most wineries.

We are a woman-owned and family-operated distillery sourcing Hudson Valley farmed and foraged ingredients to make seasonal batch spirits. Among our offerings: Cacao Maple Vodka, Black Walnut Bourbon, Rose Liqueur, Thai Basil Liqueur, Black Currant Liqueur, and Rhubarb & Honey Vodka.
The first licensed winery in Oneida County, we supply tasty wine to everyone from campers to connoissseurs, from courageous climbers to curators of cozy comfort. We have twenty years of home wine-making experience and are the recipients of multiple awards–including “Best of the Best” of wineries in our area in the 2017 competition!
Our white wines offer clean, crisp flavors from the very bold to the smooth and sweetly balanced finish. Enjoy them with soft cheeses, white sauces, seafood.

We are the largest farm winery in Northern New York State, located along the majestic St. Lawrence River on a historic 40-acre farmstead established in 1836. Among the cold-hardy grapes we grow are Frontenac, Frontenac Gris, Marquette, and La Crescent. We offer a wide range of red and white wines, including Chardonnay, Merlot, semi-dry Riesling, dessert wines and mead. We will be offering small tasting samples and selling bottled wines.
