Join us in celebrating the rich history of dairying in New York and supporting the local businesses that continue these traditions! Featuring over 120 different cheeses, plus locally made artisan foods and craft beverages.

With sessions hosted with the help of the New York State Cheese Council and The Cheese Traveler, guests will enjoy guided tastings while learning about the science, history, craftsmanship, and techniques that make every style of cheese unique!
Little Falls is a scenic little city nestled besides the Erie Canal. Once a global cheese capital, it is now the meeting place for the next generation of New York’s best cheesemakers.
